1. We will confirm the order only after confirmation on a sight LC or Full Advance Payment.
2. LC terms should be up to bill of lading or Airway bill.
3. All prices are FOB Kandla port in India. We will load and dispatch the goods in proper cargo in Kandla port and we will not take any further responsibility of the goods.
4. If customer wish to extend our responsibility till destination port, then marine/cargo insurance is compulsory and the cost for the same should be paid by our customer.
5. If customer wish to inspect the good before loading in cargo, then they need to send their representative to our manufacturing unit. Representative can be anyone from customer’s side or any authorized personal carrying a valid authorization from customer to inspect the goods.
6. The goods once loaded in the ship will not be taken back or return in any situations.

We view protection of your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information is one of our most important assets. We store and process Your Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under.
